Boutros Menassa

Regional Real Estate Specialist and Tribunal Expert

Boutros Elias Menassa, born in 1958, is a certified real estate and judicial expert with decades of experience in property valuation, legal arbitration, and urban development. Based in Kfar Hbab, Botros has built a distinguished career as a trusted consultant for the Lebanese judicial system, banks, and various private and public institutions.

He has been a sworn real estate expert before the Lebanese courts and banks since 1998 (registration no. 90), and has served on several specialized committees, including the Real Estate Experts Committee in Lebanon and the Beirut Bar’s Real Estate Experts Committee.

Botros was appointed as an expert member of the national committee formed under Law No. 194/2020, responsible for protecting and rehabilitating areas affected by the Beirut port explosion—a role reflecting his deep expertise in urban recovery and structural assessment.

He has also served as a certified expert for the Maronite Patriarchate’s Endowment Authority, offering technical and legal guidance on property-related matters.

Boutros completed specialized studies in Engineering and Management at C&E University and has attended advanced training programs at Université La Sagesse (2006) and the Judicial Institute of Lebanon.

His professional network extends regionally through his membership as a Consulting Member of the Arab Experts Union, where he contributes to regional dialogues on property law, environmental reconstruction, and sustainable development.

Throughout his career, Boutros Menassa has combined legal precision with a strong ethical compass, advocating for responsible land use, urban resilience, and transparent governance in Lebanon’s property and reconstruction sectors.
